Estate & Probate Cleanouts by Those Junk Movers
How we handle it
Before anything goes on the trailer, we set aside photos, letters, documents, jewelry and anything that looks like it matters, so it's waiting for the family to go through.
Usable furniture, clothes and household goods go to local donation centers. We work with families, executors, realtors and property managers, and family members living out of town can handle everything over the phone.
For probate properties, we work on the executor's or attorney's timeline and instructions, document what leaves the house, and provide itemized receipts for the estate's records.

Questions
Estate & Probate Cleanouts questions
Can you work with family who live out of town?
Yes. We can walk through on a video call, send photos as we go, and coordinate with a realtor or neighbor for access.
What if we find something valuable?
We stop and set it aside. Anything that looks like documents, photos, cash or jewelry goes in a box for the family.
Can you come after an estate sale?
Yes. That's one of the most common times we get called, to clear whatever didn't sell.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on how much space your items take up in our trailer and what they are. We give you a firm price before we start, and the estimate is free.
